THE DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF SOYANGIN USING REHMANNIA OR ANEMARRHENA

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing So-yang using Rehmanniae radix or Anemarrhenae rhizome is provided to diagnose four types of Sasang constitutional medicine based on physiochemical data. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing So-yang among four types of Sasang constitutional medicine comprises the steps of: collecting blood from a subject person and isolating lymphocytes; preparing a Rehmanniae radix extract; treating the lymphocytes with the extract and culturing the lymphocytes; and measuring cell proliferation. The absorbance is 0.32 when the proliferation is measured at a wavelength of 570 nm.
