PURPOSE: A non-sequential data transmission device using a secure digital I/O (SDIO) interface and a method thereof are provided to transmit data stored in a non-sequential manner according to the order of transmission without a process for arranging addresses where the data is stored. CONSTITUTION: An order information mapping unit (210) maps the order of transmission information to data. An address list generation unit (220) generates an address list where the addresses of data are stored according to the order of transmission. A data transmission unit (230) transmits data corresponding to each address according to the order of the addresses in the address list. The address list generation unit recognizes the order of data transmission using the order of transmission mapped to the data. The address list generation unit determines where to store the addresses of data in the address list according to the recognized order of data transmission.
