PURPOSE: Method and device for effectively transceiving a reference signal are provided to generate channel state information by measuring intensity of interference. CONSTITUTION: A controller controls first and second reference signal transmitters. The controller receives channel state information generated based on the second reference signal from candidate terminals. The controller selects terminals to allocate wireless resources from the candidate terminals based on the channel state information generated based on the second reference signal. The controller transmits control information for data reception to the selected terminals. A resource element (RE) mapper (1430) maps signals outputted from the first and second reference transmitters and the controller.
