摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A treatment of a cell line with an antisense DNA oligomer of hsa-miR-598 miRNA and a method for changing a signal transduction system are provided to show the same effect as endorphin by adding an antagomer or miRNA which has the same sequence as the antagomer using hsa-miR-598 miRNA. CONSTITUTION: A method for promoting the expression of hsa-miR-598 target proteins comprises the step of treating an in vitro cultured cell line with an antisense DNA oligomer of hsa-miR-598. The proteins are jagged 1 (Alagille syndrome), thrombospondin 2, lin-28 homolog (C. elegans), pantothenate kinase 1, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein D (AU-rich element RNA binding protein 1, 37kDa), zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 2, myelin protein zero (Charcot-Marie-Tooth neuropathy 1B), homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2, homeobox A3, prickle homolog 2 (Drosophila), and deltex 4 homolog (Drosophila). The expression level of the proteins is reduced by allowing hsa-miR-598 miRNA to target mRNA of a specific molecule.</p>
