<p>PURPOSE: An alteration method of application of DNA antisense oligomer targeting hsa-miR-218 miRNA and the signal transduction system is provided to be able to show the equivalent effect to endorphin by injecting antagomer or miRNA with the same sequence using hsa-miR-218 miRNA. CONSTITUTION: An accelerating method of hsa-miR-218 target protein expression is provided by treating antisense DNA oligomer targeting hsa-miR-218 to cell line cultivated in vitro. ; chromosome 3 open reading frame 70, solute carrier family 1 (glial high affinity glutamate transporter), member 2, glucuronic acid epimerase one cut homeobox 2, motile sperm domain containing 1, stress-associated endoplasmic reticulum protein 1, MAM domain containing glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor 2, N-acyl phosphatidylethanolamine phospholipase D, polyhomeotic homolog 3 (Drosophila), MAM domain containing glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor 1 The sequence of hsa-miR-218 miRNA is represented by Figure 1.</p> |
