PURPOSE: A fine dust removing device is provided to improve a production yield by maintaining constant adhesive strength of adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape roll (20) winds adhesive tape with adhesive materials attaching fine dust around a cylindrical roll base (21). A rewinding roll (30) is installed at the back end of the adhesive tape roll and rewinds the adhesive tape unwound from the adhesive tape roll while rotating with the adhesive tape roll. A holder (40) supports the rotation of the rewinding roll and the adhesive tape roll.
