PURPOSE: A constant velocity joint and a constant velocity driving shaft using the same are provided to obtain large torque and angular displacement and to reliably ensure constant velocity property when transmitting power. CONSTITUTION: A constant velocity joint comprises first to third shafts (10a,20a,160), a first constant velocity joint (A2), and a second constant velocity joint (B2). The first to third shafts comprise a hollow part (164) and first to third yokes (12a,162). The first constant velocity joint is installed in between the first and second shafts. The first constant velocity joint comprises a power transmission part and a control part. The power transmission part of the first constant velocity joint comprises a plurality of links (50a,52a,54a,56a) which is adjustable in height. The control part of the first constant velocity joint comprises a plurality of control members (43a) and a plurality of control shafts which moves along the hollow parts of the first and second shafts. The second constant velocity joint is installed in between the second and third shafts. The second constant velocity joint comprises a power transmission part and a control part. The power transmission part of the second constant velocity joint comprises two power transmission members with fixed centers. The control part of the second constant velocity joint comprises a plurality of control members (172,174) and a plurality of control shafts which moves along the hollow parts of the second and third shafts.
