PURPOSE: A single crystal growth device is provided to improve the growth speed of single crystals by increasing the temperature gradient differences between raw materials and a seed. CONSTITUTION: A crucible has an inner space in which raw materials are loaded. A center area is installed on the upper side of the raw materials in the crucible. A seed is attached to the lower surface of a center part. A seed holder (300) is composed of a peripheral area surrounding the center area. The upper surface of the center area is formed to be lower than the upper surface of the peripheral area.
