PURPOSE: A motorless vibrissa cutter is provided to prevent vibrissae from being stuck and fixed in the cutter. CONSTITUTION: A motorless vibrissa cutter comprises a first cutting member and a second cutting member. The first cutting member comprises a first grip part, a cutting ring part (20), and a first coupling part. The second cutting member comprises a second grip part, a cutting plate part (50), and a second coupling part. The cutting plate part is inserted into an opening formed in the central part of the cutting ring part. The cutter cuts vibrissae by the contact between the inner surface of the cutting ring part and the inner surface of cutting plate part. The outermost surface of the cutting plate part is inclined at a predetermined angle.
