PURPOSE: A seats transfer device is provided to maximize efficiency by easily changing the movement directions and to minimize the space for changing the movement directions of the seats. CONSTITUTION: A seats transfer device (10) comprises a driving motor and a magnetic clutch. The driving motor supplies driving power to move the seats. The magnetic clutch applies the driving power to the seats by being connected to the driving motor when the driving motor is operated and generates the driving power. The magnetic clutch is independently operated from the driving motor by being separated from the driving motor when the driving motor is stopped.
