PURPOSE: A pad spring and a disc brake including the same are provided to prevent abrasion and corrosion according to friction of a pad plate and a carrier and to facilitate sliding of the pad plate in brakes. CONSTITUTION: A pad spring comprises a fixing piece (210), an elastic piece (220), and a support piece (230). The fixing piece is fixed to a protrusion of a pad plate on the opposite side to which a friction pad is attached. The elastic piece is formed by bending the lower end of the fixing piece and supports the lower part of the protrusion. The support piece is bent from the fixing piece and is extended towards a disc.
