PURPOSE: A press apparatus for laminating ceramic thin films is provided to minimize a whole mechanical deformation when operating a press, thereby implementing quality stabilization due to improving precision in a press work. CONSTITUTION: A press apparatus (100) for laminating ceramic thin films includes a lower base (110), supporting columns (120), a press operating unit (130), an up-down table (140), an upper base (150), and an upper table (160). The supporting columns are respectively installed at four edges outside the upper side of the lower base. The press operating unit is installed at an upper side inside the lower base. The up-down table is connected to the upper side of the press operating unit. The up-down table pressurizes and laminates the ceramic films absorbed on the lower side of a laminating head (60). The upper base is installed at the upper side of the supporting columns. The upper table at the lower side of the upper base supports the upper side of the laminating head when the thin film is laminated.
