PURPOSE: Hydraulic operation mechanism of rotary type grinder and a grinding method thereof are provided to solve problems such as frequent replacing cycle by easy abrasion of bearing, decline of dimensional accuracy, generation of overload, and cycle reduction of grinding member. CONSTITUTION: Hydraulic oil is ejected through water discharge pipe(71) of lower tool(70). Hydraulic and fluid amount is controlled with the ejection of the hydraulic oil. Formation of tolerance of 2/100mm due to space of upper tool(60) from the lower tool is confirmed by indicator gauge. The hydraulic and the fluid amount are fixed to maintain the 2/100mm tolerance. The separated upper tool is rotated with grinding object by driving of motor. At the same time, grinding head(30) is driven by moving block(40). Cutting fluid is gathered through water collecting pipe(72). |
