PURPOSE: Organometallic complex is provided to radiate phosphorescence, be used as luminescent material and have a high effect as a luminescence device showing green, cyan or range of blue radiation can be obtained. CONSTITUTION: Light emitting device comprises of light emitting device. Light emitting device comprises a pair of electrodes (101,102) and light-emitting layer (113) which includes ortho metal complex containing 3,5- diphenyl -4H-1,2,4- triazole containing ligand of between pair of electrodes. Carbon and metal of one among phenyl groups included in 3,5- diphenyl -4H-1,2,4- triazole containing ligand are bound to combine 3,5- diphenyl -4H-1,2,4- triazole containing ligand through carbon - metallic bond in metal. Light emitting device is used as pixel or as a light source. |
