PURPOSE: A welding machine capable of monitoring in real time and a monitoring system thereof are provided to easily manage a manufacturing process such as the current state and process rate of a welding work by monitoring the operation state of the welding machines in real time. CONSTITUTION: A welding machine capable of monitoring in real time comprises a welding machine body part(100), a feeder part(200), and a torch part(300). The welding machine body part outputs the operation control signal of the welding machine and outputs monitoring signals received from the feeder part in real time to the monitoring system in remote sites. The feeder part is connected to the welding machine body part by cables. The feeder part controls voltage, current, a wire driving motor, and the ejection motion of gas according to the operation control signals of the welding machine body part; and transfers signals monitoring voltage values, current values, the wave pattern of the voltage and current, the driving voltage and speed of the wire driving motor, and gas consumption in real time to the welding machine body part. The torch part is connected to the feeder part to implement a welding work.
