PURPOSE: A wall attachable rotating LED advertising device is provided to draw the attention of customers who pass by a store, thereby attracting customers to the store. CONSTITUTION: A wall attachable rotating LED advertising device (1) includes a motor body (21), driving member (2), and attaching pad (4). The motor body includes a small motor inside. The driving member includes rotary blades (63) which is attached to a rotating body (6) which is connected to one side of the motor body, and a cover (22) which is connected to the motor body detachably. The driving member protrudes from the attaching pad by attaching the cover to the center of the attaching pad. The attaching pad adheres to a smooth surface such as glass or a mirror air-tightly. |
