PURPOSE: A wide-band frequency detector is provided to offer a frequency detector capable of detecting signals in the X-band, K-band or Ka-band. CONSTITUTION: A first amplifier (202) receives a signal having a specific frequency from an antenna. A plurality of mixers (206,224) receives an amplified signal to have low noise from the first amplifier. A second amplifier (204) is arranged in a row with the first amplifier, amplifies the signal from the antenna to have low noise, and delivers the signal to the mixers. The second amplifier includes a first microcircuit a first frequency cut-off unit. The first microcircuit is provided to match impedance of the antenna with impedance of the transistor. The first frequency cut-off unit is connected to the first microcircuit and to blocks a signal of a set frequency band.
