PURPOSE: Salad dressing using fruits of medical plants, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the effect of lowering the blood sugar cholesterol of eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salad dressing using fruits of medical plants comprises the following steps: mixing a dressing base and a yam physical property improver in a weight ratio of 4:1-2; and mixing 25-65wt% of mixture, 10-35wt% of mulberry pulp, and 30-50wt% of Schisandra chinensis syrup. The Schisandra chinensis syrup is obtained by mixing Schisandra chinensis and sugar in a weight ratio of 1:0.8-1.2, and aging the mixture for 30 days before filtering. The dressing base contains 100 parts of plain yogurt by weight and 5-25 parts of mayonnaise or fresh cream by weight. |
