PURPOSE: An alarm method of a leakage in a pipe of an elevated cistern is provided to detect water leakage in a water pipe early with a low cost, thereby implementing easy maintenance of building facilities and preventing water from being wasted. CONSTITUTION: An alarm method of a leakage in a pipe of an elevated cistern comprises the steps of: checking what time it is by a timer of a valve (S11); determining whether the time is a predetermined time for water level inspection (S12); automatically closing the valve if the time is the predetermined time for water level inspection (S13); detecting a water level in a pipe by a pipe water level detector (S14); determining whether the detected water level in the pipe is a predetermined water level by the pipe water level detector (S15); and generating an alarm through an alarm by the pipe water level detector if the detected water level is under the predetermined water level (S16).
