MOSS PROHIBITION STRUCTURE IN SETTLING POND DRAIN AND SEWAGE TREATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A moss prohibition structure in a settling pond drain and a sewage treating system including the same are provided to obtain a high quality of an effluent and to prevent the generation of secondary environmental pollution by preventing moss from being generated. CONSTITUTION: A moss prohibition structure in a rectangular settling pond drain consists of overflow weirs (13,13') and linings (12). The overflow weirs are arranged on either side of drain units (1,1'). The linings are slanted from the upstream end to the downstream end of the drain units by being installed on concrete drain blocks (11,11'). Two wings are downwardly slanted from both sides toward the inner sides of the drain units. At least one slanted wing (121) includes a slanted unit with a transversal cross section slanted angle which is gradually increased from the upstream to the downstream of the drain units.
