PURPOSE: A producing method of a beverage composition for reducing climacteric symptoms containing a soybean gemmule fermented product is provided to ferment soybean gemmule using a specific bifidobacterium strains. CONSTITUTION: Bifidobacterium lactis BL740 strains are inoculated into a mixture of 8-10 parts by weight of pulverized soybean gemmule and 100 parts by weight of water for fermenting at 35-37°C for 45-50 hours, and the mixture is freeze-dried to obtain a soybean gemmule fermented product. The soybean gemmule fermented product is mixed with a soybean extract, soymilk, a soybean lecithin, maltodextrine, white sugar, a vitamin source, and an inorganic source. A beverage composition for reducing climacteric symptoms contains more than 25 mg/per 1 can of isoflavone in an aglycon form.
