PURPOSE: An integration motor system is provided to enable an air-conditioning system and a steering system to share one power source, thereby reducing weight of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A motor generates power. An inverter is installed on one side of the motor. A steering system and an air conditioning system are arranged both sides of the motor respectively. A first and a second magnet clutch (133,134) are connected respectively to both end parts of a motor shaft. A planetary gear (135) is installed on one end of the second magnet clutch.
