PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition is provided to have a low rolling resistance which is required for a tire, the excellent skid resistance on the wet road, and the abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A tire tread rubber composition comprises 40-100 parts by weight of filler to 100 parts by weight of source rubber including modified styrene butadiene copolymer represented by Chemical formula (1). The modified styrene butadiene copolymer of Chemical formula (1) has 20-200 of the Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100deg.C), 10-90 weight% of the vinyl content of conjugated diene compound in the copolymer, and 10,000-1,500,000 of the molecular weight. Rubber comprises the rubber composition. A tire includes the rubber consisting of the rubber composition. The rubber is the tread of tire.
