摘要 PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell is provided to prevent the separation between an electrolyte and an air electrode by providing excellent bond strength between the electrolyte and the air electrode, thereby improving performance. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell includes a cathode layer (10); a ceramic electrolyte layer (20) formed on the negative electrode layer; and an anode layer (30) formed on the ceramic electrolyte layer. 33-67% of the surface of the ceramic electrolyte layer is coated with ceramic particles (40), the average particle diameter of which is 0.1-10 micron. The negative electrode layer is one or more selected from NiO, YSZ, LSGM, and GDC. The ceramic electrolyte layer is one or more of GDC and YSZ, and consists of a single layer or plural layers.
