The device (I) has a bed unit (10) folded between horizontal and vertical positions, and running unit-pairs (20, 22, 24, 26) arranged along a longitudinal side of the bed unit. Control units (50, 60) comprise horizontal portions (54, 64) and vertical portions (52, 62). Two of the running unit-pairs are arranged at a distance to each other in a thickness direction of the bed unit such that the running unit-pairs act together with the control units when the bed unit is folded between the positions. A locking unit locks the bed unit in a horizontal position or in vertical position. |
