PURPOSE: A knuckle molding method for an eccentric cone is provided to accurately and quickly mold a knuckle of a desired shape on an eccentric cone. CONSTITUTION: A knuckle molding method for an eccentric cone comprises the steps of: welding an eccentric flange with a reinforcement piece to a certain height of the exterior of an eccentric cone(S20), supporting the eccentric flange of the eccentric cone with rollers of supporting members which are erected on a base(S30), firstly pressing the eccentric cone material with inner and outer molds(S40), rotating the eccentric flange fixed to the exterior of the eccentric cone or the eccentric cone with the eccentric flange on the exterior thereof at regular intervals(S50), secondly pressing the eccentric cone material to complete a knuckle in the lower part of the eccentric cone material(S60), removing the eccentric flange from the eccentric cone formed with the knuckle(S70), and processing the exterior surface of the eccentric cone(S80). |
