PURPOSE: A curing mold of a tire valcanizer is provided to prevent vent rubber phenomenon of a green tire caused in a sector mold and a contact surface of an upper and a lower side mold. CONSTITUTION: A curing mold of a tire valcanizer comprises a lower side mold(2), an upper side mold(4), and upper and lower side molds(3a,3b). The lower side mold is connected to a lower sector mold by a medium of a lower elastic member(5) including a spring(6) and is connected to a sliding plate(8). The upper side mold is connected to an upper sector mold by a medium of an upper elastic member including the spring and is connected to the sliding plate. The upper and lower sector molds are connected to upper and lower segments(9a,9b). The upper and lower segments are connected to each driving unit(11) installed in a press shield(10). |
