PURPOSE: A forehead supporting board capable of controlling the height is provided to solve the problems of postures and methods when sleeping in school and academy that takes the majority of the day of the student. CONSTITUTION: The forehead supporting board capable of controlling the height comprises a forehead support region which combined with a sponge (101) and a plastic support (102); and a height controlling apparatus (201) which has a support stand (200) to control the height by using iron screw (300) to pull and a hole (301) to insert the iron screw to control the height. A user can put his forehead to the board and sleep in a straighten state of his back.
