WATER BASED FOAMING-INK COMPOSITE FOR GRAVURE PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NON-WOVEN FABRICS WALLPAPER USING THE WATER BASED FOAMING-INK COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: An aqueous foaming ink composition for the gravure printing is provided to be suitable to manufacture nonwoven fabric wallpaper, and to improve the storage, stability and environment-friendliness. The nonwoven fabric wallpaper using the same is provided to improve the transition of the ink, printability, and color development of the ink. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous foaming ink composition (40) for the gravure printing comprises 30-50 weight% of at least one resin selected from aqueous ethylenvinylacetate emulsion resin, aqueous acrylic emulsion resin and aqueous polyurethane resin; 25-50 weight% of inorganic filler; 0.5-12 weight% of polydimethylsiloxane dispersion; 0.5-12 weight% of titanium dioxide; 0.1-12 weight% of foaming agent; 0.01-5 weight% of polyethersiloxane copolymer; 0.001-3 weight% of ammonium salt solution of acrylate copolymer; and 3-8 weight% of water. A manufacturing method of nonwoven fabric (10) wallpaper comprises a step of preparing the aqueous foaming ink composition for the gravure printing; a step of mounting a nonwoven fabric on a gravure printing apparatus, and setting up the print frequency of the gravure printing apparatus according to the printing patterns; a step of coating a primer (20) for nonwoven fabric on the upper side of the nonwoven fabric in order to make the surface of the nonwoven fabric to be printed on smooth and to improve the transition of the ink; a step of coating aqueous ink on the top coated with the primer for nonwoven fabric and forming a printing layer (30) with said patterns; a step of coating the aqueous foaming ink composition for the gravure printing on the top of the printing layer; and a step of foaming the aqueous foaming ink composition.
