PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pasta bringing smooth sauce palate feeling and fresh egg flavor feeling.SOLUTION: This method for producing the pasta includes adding and mixing a powder seasoning material containing common salt and a food thickening matter to/with boiled pasta, and adding raw egg to the pasta followed by further mixing. Besides common salt and a food thickening matter, cheese, for instance, is included in the powder seasoning material. When including cheese, 10-20 g per 100 g dried pasta, for instance, is preferable from the aspect of obtaining carbonara-style pasta with rich cheese flavor. |
