PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a method, and a program for supporting sales, which are beneficial for customers and capable of promoting sales for sellers.SOLUTION: A management server SV, which functions as a sales support apparatus, provides each page of a shopping site via the Internet to a terminal device T3 operated by a customer who is considering an application of a product. The management server SV includes; first sales processing means which receives a product application request from the terminal device T3 and then replies with an application completion page with a message showing application completion of the product and a message proposing another product; and second sales processing means which receives a notification requesting an application of the proposed product from the terminal device T3, replies with an application completion page with a message showing application completion of the proposed product, and invalidates the application information on the previously purchased product while validating the application information on the proposed product instead for processing. |
