PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection device, a visual inspection method and a computer program that make it possible to confirm, through additional learning, whether or not a product is erroneously determined to be non-defective even though the product is defective.SOLUTION: A visual inspection device receives input of multiple images constituting an image group to be determined to show a non-defective product, stores them, and sets both a defect threshold for detecting a defective portion of an inspection object and a determination threshold for executing quality determination, on the basis of the stored images. When storing a defective product image determined to show a defective product and receiving input of an inspection object image that is newly taken and acquired, the device uses the stored images including the image for which the input is received to execute non-defective product learning processing, and at least resets the defect threshold. The device detects the defective portion again on the basis of the reset defect threshold, determines whether or not the defective product image stored on the basis of the set determination threshold shows a defective product, and displays a result of quality determination. |
