PURPOSE: A bending head for spiral bending is provided to maintain strong cohesion between wires through a banding process, thereby preventing distortion and deformation due to decreased cohesion in use. CONSTITUTION: A bending head for spiral bending includes a shaft (10), a bending pin (20), and a linear drive unit (30). A shaft is installed in a housing to rotate by driving force of a sub motor, and a guide tube is installed at the center to guide a first wire to an axial direction. The bending pin protrudes from the end of the shaft, and a second wire is bent on the outer circumference of the first wire. The linear drive unit includes a cam groove which is formed on the outer circumference of the shaft, and a cam roller which is fixed on the housing and installed to mesh with the cam groove. |
