PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus and a power supply circuit are provided to increase efficiency of switching operation, by outputting a power signal always regardless of on/off of a switching device. CONSTITUTION: An input circuit (110) includes a primary winding and a switch. A first output circuit (120) includes a secondary winding. The first output circuit constitutes the input circuit and a flyback converter circuit. A second output circuit (130) includes a tertiary winding. The second output circuit constitutes the input circuit and a forward converter circuit.
