PURPOSE: A bottle cap is provided to prevent liquor stored inside a bottle from leaking. CONSTITUTION: An inner cap is formed at the upper part of a bottle where liquor is stored and formed in a shape surrounding a bottle mouth where the liquor stored inside the bottle discharges. An outer cap is arranged at the upper part of the inner cap for surrounding the upper part of the inner cap to be fixed at the outside of the bottle mouth. A leak preventing piece prevents the liquor stored inside the bottle from leaking to outside through the outer surface of the inner cap.
