摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state image pickup device capable of attaining high-sensitivity imaging with excellent color separation property and light usage efficiency and reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An image sensor 12 being a solid state image pickup device includes a photoelectric conversion element array, a condensing optical element array, color filters 22R, 22G, 22B, and reflection parts. The reflection parts reflect light reflected on the color filters 22R, 22G, 22B. The photoelectric conversion element array is configured to form a Bayer array with a cell as a unit. Condensing optical elements are arranged in accordance with ranges including photoelectric conversion elements 21G and the respective portions of photoelectric conversion elements 21R, 21B adjacent to the photoelectric conversion elements 21G. The reflection parts include at least first reflection surfaces and second reflection surfaces. The first reflection surfaces face the color filters 22R, 22G, 22B. The second reflection surfaces enclose the parts between the color filters 22R, 22G, 22B and first reflection surfaces for each cell.
