PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle which is hard to produce a stay of a spray solution in a liquid channel even when spraying a relatively high viscous spray solution such as a suspension, and is hard to produce a pulsation to the spray solution spurting from a liquid jetting port.SOLUTION: The spray nozzle includes an outer pipe 1, an air cap 2 connected to an end of the outer pipe 1 and having a gas spurting port 2a spurting an atomized gas at the end, a liquid conduit 3 inserted into the inside of the outer pipe 1 and having a first liquid channel 3a through which the spray solution passes at a central portion, an insert 4 loaded at the end of the liquid conduit 3 and having a second liquid channel 4a through which the spray solution passes at a central portion, and at the same time having a liquid jetting port 4b spurting the spray solution at the end, a gas passage 5 formed in piping in the inner surfaces of the outer pipe 1 and the air cap 2 and in the outer surfaces of the liquid conduit 3 and the insert 4, and a piping member 6 having a gas supply port 6a which supplies an atomized gas. The first liquid channel 3a of the liquid conduit 3 and the second liquid channel 4a of the insert 4 are formed by having the same diameter &phgr;D1 as the liquid jetting port 4b over the entire length. |
