PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in the manual feed speed of a welding wire, only alternative switching between the predetermined low speed and high speed can be performed.SOLUTION: A teach pendant TP includes a jog dial 13, and a rotary encoder 14 for detecting the rotational amount and the rotational direction of the jog dial 13, and sets the jog dial 13 as a manual feeder of a welding wire 1 at an optional timing. A robot controller RC determines the feeding speed and the feeding direction based on the rotational amount and the rotational direction of the jog dial 13, and outputs a feed control signal Fc to a wire feed motor WM via a welding power source WP. More specifically, the feeding speed is increased or decreased only by the predetermined value every time the jog dial 13 is rotated by one scale. In other words, the feeding speed can be changed only by the rotational operation of the jog dial 13. More preferably, an enable switch 11b is provided to prevent any careless feeding operation. |
