PURPOSE: A smart phone-mountable joystick device is provided to improve convenience of operation and to offer a structure facilitating attachment on a touch screen of a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: An upper conductive unit (111) consists of an upper end shaped in a dome and a lower end made of a cylinder, and is formed in a shape inserted into a central unit of an edge unit. A lower conductive unit (112) is connected to an end of the cylinder of a lower end of the upper conductive unit and is formed in which a diameter increases as it goes to a lower part. A relation between a distance from the central axis of the upper conductive unit to the outermost edge and a distance from the central axis of the lower conductive unit to the outermost edge is to be 2.5 to 2.7:1. A suction unit (130) is made of a flexible material and is extended to a lower end of the lower conductive unit.
