PURPOSE: Multifunctional fitness equipment is provided to improve an entire body balance of a user and promote the health condition of user through reinforcement of flexibility and the entire body muscular strength. CONSTITUTION: Multifunctional fitness equipment comprises a board(100), an operation member(200), a restoration member(300) and knee brace(400). The board is equipped with a coated layer where a sliding motion is made, a sliding prevention pad which prevents sliding down from a bottom surface, a stiffening layer with reinforced rigidity located in between the surface layer and a sliding preventing material and a separation preventing material that prevents separation of boards and locates in both upper parts. The operation member is positioned at the upper side of the board and a user moves back and forth to exercise the whole body. The both side of the restoration member improve the exercise ability of the user being connected to the separation preventing material and doing contraction and expansion exercised according to the operation member. |
