PURPOSE: A remaining water draining apparatus and a non-point pollutant reducing facility including the same are provided to suppress bad odor from occurring due to the decomposition of remaining water. CONSTITUTION: A remaining water draining apparatus includes a water collecting well(10), a water draining pipe(20), and a siphon type remaining water draining pipe(30). The water collecting well includes an upstream wall(11) and a downstream wall(12). The bottom(13) of the water collecting well is higher than the river bed of a river. The water collecting well is buried such that the position of the water collecting well is lower than the water keeping level of the river. The siphon type remaining water draining pipe includes a suction part(31), a water draining pipe(32), and an intermediate part(33). The lower part of the suction part is positioned at the bottom of the water collecting well. The lower part of the water draining pipe is lower than the bottom of the water collecting well. The intermediate part connects the suction part and the water draining pipe. |
