PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a bedsore prevention cushion is provided to prevent an undiluted solution from being congealed and to uniformly spread the undiluted solution to a mold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a bedsore prevention cushion is composed of a circulation unit (100), a cleaning unit (200), a coating unit (300), a catalyst unit (400), and an undiluted solution unit (500). One or more molds are installed on the circulation unit. The coating unit jets a release liquid to the molds cleaned through the cleaning unit. The catalyst unit spreads a catalyst on the molds. The undiluted solution unit spreads an undiluted solution on the molds.
