PURPOSE: A panel of a dry-wall and a construction method thereof are provided that a steel plate, a stud part, and a curved part are laminated so that panels are easily transferred. CONSTITUTION: A panel (10) of a dry-wall comprises a steel plate (11), a stud portion (12), and a curved part (13). The steel plate is horizontally formed into a flat shape. The stud portion is inclined to the inside from one end of the steel plate, and horizontally formed to the steel plate. The curved part is inclined to the inside from the other end of the steel plate, and formed in the outer direction of the steel plate.
