PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting unit capable of achieving enhancement of heat dissipation properties.SOLUTION: A lighting unit 1 is provided with: a lamp 30 including a plurality of light-emitting portions 31b arranged in a row and an oblong enclosure for housing the plurality of the light-emitting portions 31b; and a fixture 10 including sockets (holding members) 50, 60 for holding the enclosure. The enclosure is constituted of a heat conductive plate (heat conductive member) 32 which conducts heat generated by the plurality of the light-emitting portions 31b, the heat conductive plate 32 having an exposed face facing the fixture 10 as a part thereof, and the heat conductive plate 32 is in contact with the fixture 10. |
