PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain and compare inspection results in an inspection of a vehicle in a distribution process.SOLUTION: An inspection information management device 1 includes: an inspection result acquisition unit 14 which acquires a first inspection result information in a first location related to a vehicle and a second inspection result information in a second location including the same items as the first inspection result information; a difference information generation unit 16 which generates difference information from information indicating a difference between the first and the second inspection result information; and a difference information output unit 17 for outputting the difference information. Thus, the inspection results of the vehicle in the first and the second locations can be easily obtained and the inspection results can be easily compared.
