PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure of a wire fixing member which can arrange a fixing member at a regular position with respect to a holding member and is capable of improving assemblability.SOLUTION: A locking structure 1 of a wire fixing member comprises: a wire 3 which is wired to a vehicle; a holding member 5 which holds the wire 3; and a fixing member 9 which is engaged with the holding member 5 via an engaging part 7, capable of changing an arrangement position with respect to the holding member 5, so as to be fixed to the vehicle. The fixing member 9 is locked, on an outer peripheral side of the holding member 5, to a locking member 11 via a locking part 13 so as to be held by the holding member 5. The holding member 5 is provided with a protrusion 15 which protrudes toward the locking member 11. The locking member 11 is provided with an insertion recess 17 into which the protrusion 15 is inserted at a regular position with respect to the holding member 5, where the fixing member 9 can be fixed to the vehicle, so that the locking part 13 is rendered lockable. |
