PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify driver's habits, ways and faults on an operation of a driver, investigate signs of accidents included in the habits, ways and faults, and improve the signs in driver's normal actions to prevent accidents.SOLUTION: An operation management method includes: an operation recording step SA for recording traffic information TI; an important point extraction step SB for extracting an important point CP from the traffic information TI by important point extraction means according to a point setting operation to set the traffic information TI portion as the important point CP and recording a point state PS showing at least one of a moving body ambient environment showing the environment of a passage point of a moving body corresponding to the important point CP and a driving operation mode of a driver X corresponding to the moving body ambient environment or the point state PS associated with the classification; and an important point browsing step SC for reproducing and displaying video data of the important point CP corresponding to the point state PS or the classification according to a point designating operation for designating the point state PS or the classification and causing the driver X to browse the video data. |
