PURPOSE: An ultrasonic catheter for a handpiece of an ultrasonic treatment apparatus is provided to transfer strong vibration or impulse waves using a resonance effect due to a vibration reflector. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic catheter for a handpiece of an ultrasonic treatment apparatus comprises a contactor (10), a vibrator unit (20), a vibration reflector (30), and a coupling nut (40). The contactor is combined with the end of the handpiece of the ultrasonic treatment apparatus and comprises a through-bolt (11) on the upper part thereof. The vibrator unit is inserted into the through-bolt of the contactor and generates supersonic vibration by being provided with a current from the ultrasonic treatment apparatus. The vibration reflector is inserted into the through-bolt of the contactor, is located on the top of the vibrator unit, and reflects the vibration of the vibrator unit towards the contactor. The coupling nut is screw-coupled with the end of the through-bolt of the contactor and couples the contactor, vibrator unit, and vibration reflector.
