PURPOSE: A bio impedance measurement sensor including multiple dry type electrodes and a sensor module including the same, a bio impedance measurement system and a bio impedance measurement method are provided to implement micro scale, without using electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of measurement electrodes is arranged around a reference electrode (121). The plurality of measurement electrodes is fixed to the reference electrode. The plurality of measurement electrodes calculates each potential difference of the reference electrode. The reference electrode and the plurality of measurement electrodes are constituted with a dry type electrode. A variable frequency is applied to the reference electrode and the plurality of measurement electrodes.
