PURPOSE: A bisphenol-F pellet is provided to require no organic solvent and to have an effect of saving the total processing time as the bisphenol-F pellet is able to be used with direct melting. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bisphenol-F pellet comprises a step of melting and extruding the condensation product of bisphenol-F, which is obtained by reacting phenol and formaldehyde in the presence of an acid catalyst in an organic solvent. The organic solvent is included at 20-25 weight% based on 100 weight% of the condensation product. The organic solvent is removed by a vacuum suction device equipped on the extruder. The extruder further includes a gas discharge hole.
